Starter on arrival

Poppadoms - Served with a variety of chutneys and pickles.

Entrées

Pokora - Selection of vegetables, separately dipped in spicy batter and deep fried.
Seekh Kebabs - Lamb mince with a touch of Indian spices, roasted in Tandoor on skewers.
Reshmi Kebabs - Minced chicken mixed with onions, herbs and spices, roasted in Tandoor on skewers and Tandoori chicken, deeply marinated and smoke-roasted in Tandoor.

Served with Garlic Naan - leavened flour bread with a touch of garlic.

Main Course

Lamb Madras - Madras-style Lamb Curry.
Butter Chicken - Smoked Tandoori chicken cooked with cream, honey and tomatoes. Loved by many.
Bombay Aloo - Marinated potatoes cooked in chef's special sauce.
Tarka Dahl - Selected lentils cooked in Masala with butter and onions.

Served with Breads

Rogini Naan - Large leavened bread, richly topped with the yolk of eggs and nuts.
Original Naan - Leavened flour bread.

Also a Combination of Rice

Pulau Rice - Mildly spiced fried rice.
Coconut Rice - A prefect example of authenic South Indian cuisine.
Steamed Rice - Steamed long grain basmati rice topped lightly with butter. Loved by many.

To accompany all this
A dahl raita (great for cooling down curries) and a variety of chutneys and pickles.
